Our values are things we value, work to achieve and feel satisfied when they
come true.
Our values rely on common beliefs which are embedded with values into the
following statements:
Our Work And Life Goals Are Indivisible, Both Feeds On Virtues
We believe that work and great life goals shouldn’t be separate
one from another, we put our work on the same life goals track.
Our time is a piece of us and we spend it in our work feeling that it is not
only time spent in work, it is spent to acheive life goals.
Work With No Good Intentions Is A Solid Suffer
We believe it is an excessive loss to spend our life working for inferior goals,
hence we value working for virtues and good intensions.
Our Targets Exceed Gaining Money
Money is crucial for everybody, but gaining money should not be the ultimate or
the only target in one’s life. Based on Islamic belief, we believe that every
person is responsible in his position, responsible to serve the society, add to
the human knowledge and do what he is doing well.
We Will Work For Decreasing The Gap Between Muslim World And The Developed
Countries
Muslim world lags the developed countries. This lag can be viewed as a
collection of gaps between both worlds in many aspects: scientific gap, economic
gap, military gap, etc.
One of these gaps is a software gap.
The technical level of the software produced in the Muslim world is much less
than that produced in USA and Europe. Also economically, the size of software
industry is much less in Muslim world than in the developed countries.
We hope to be a company that contributes in decreasing this gap.
We cannot close this gap alone, since it is caused by many economical,
historical and social reasons, but we hope to be a source of knowledge and an
example of success that could form a strength point in the software industry in
the Muslim world and helps in decreasing this software gap.
We Respect Minds, We Listen To Others, Since It Is All About Managing Minds
Unlike any other industry, software is a product of minds. There is no raw
material, no machines, and no transport lines. Just some minds producing
something, and this something is the software application you use.
A successful software development process is a process which succeeds in
attracting distinct minds, providing an environment that allows them to innovate
and manages the collaboration between these minds.
We work on having this process applied at EDRAK.
